After reading up to the 35th chapter I can say that the poison of this novel is low. If you don't like the sudden power ups, maybe you can sit out on this one. But the writing is fine, none of the no brainer face slapping, no ccp brainwashing (yet). The best thing is he now has talking beasts, they got quite the personalities which is fun to see. 3/5, yeah its mid because it can still improve, or it could go from good to bad realquick if the author suddenly puts in ridiculous details which would derail the main plot. I expect it to become extremely boring once it reaches 100 chapters, because most "beast-taming" novels become stale after a while and just repeats themselves with different realms.TLDR: Read if you are bored. Or if you like a strong system with beast taming and a "low-key" protagonist. I have to entirely agree. I worry it will drag or end abruptly after a while due to the power creep but it is definitely an Ok read if you are bored. While not great, it is satisfying and hasn't run into any crazy potholes yet.
